We have dealt with Williams for a number of years, mostly with finding new tenants. They have always given and continue to give, exceptional service from the very start until a new tenant is in place. We are kept informed every step of the way and any queries are answered quickly. We couldn't have asked for better support from Stride & Sons throughout the sale of our property. They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation. Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional. Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process. We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home. Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid)....
