8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience with Peter Heron from start to finish. The whole team were professional, friendly and helpful throughout, with excellent communication at every stage. We were always kept updated, which made the whole process feel straightforward and as stress-free as possible. The marketing of the property was also excellent. The photographs were high quality and really captured the property at its best. A special mention to Sarah Hill, who was my designated agent throughout the process. Sarah was fantastic — knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring, and always available whenever I had a question or needed help. Her guidance and attention to detail made a real difference, and I always felt I was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend Peter Heron to anyone looking to sell their property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Stuart has been amazing ?????? keeping me informed and advising what we need to do etc and Dawn well let's just say she is fantastic explained in fine detail what we needed to do along the way as we haven't bought a home or sold one in 31 years .. Both Alex and Julie are very approachable, friendly and helpful. Alex showed us around a few properties before our final one, she has patience of a saint. Always there to answer our questions.<br>Julie was our point of contact during sale progression, she is friendly, always at hand for questions. Must say she is an excellent communicator. We didn’t have the smoothest of sale (not AC fault or ours) but Julie was our negotiating agent who was patient knowledgeable and kept chipper throughout.<br>10/10 for this office

As a full time carer at the other end of the country, I couldn't make it up even once but they handled everything for me. From getting the keys back from my exiting tenants to having the cash in my bank took less than 3 months, which must approach a record? Gina Brown - Branch Manager and my handler - gave perfect personalised attention. I'd never sold before so needed a bit of hand holding, and she was always kind and available. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sold property very quickly and at a great price. Can't get better than that!
19th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market. They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it. I advice you use your deposit when leaving as house rent if not you will not get it back...

His knowledge of the house and seller was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions upfront, rather than requiring follow-ups as I had often experienced with other agencies.<br>He was welcoming, engaging and genuinely reassuring throughout the viewing, with a great sense of humour that made me feel at ease and brought a few laughs along the way. He also offered thoughtful suggestions about what could be done with the property, helping me visualise its potential and imagine how I could make it my own.<br>After such a lengthy search, this level of personal involvement, professionalism and genuine care really stood out. EweMove should be proud to have Jonathan representing the agency. An excellent experience, and one I would happily recommend to other buyers!

If it needs work done why do I have to chase you and message on a different housing app for information and answers, why not just tell me on email. Email's were responded to pretty fast at the start but when it was time to move forward with the process, complete silence, despite multiple follow ups. I was ready to pay my deposit.. I gave you my timeframe of when I wanted to move in and complete silence. Can you atleast confirm with me if it's possible or not! A simple, "sorry we won't be able to provide you accomodaton for that timeframe" and I would've been super happy with that..couldve saved myself time and moved forward with other options. 5 starts easy.Some people have plans and deadlines that they need to meet so communication comes a long way..
