When contacted, response was prompt.<br>On collection of the keys, I received a very smart box containing tea bags etc and treats. Such a thoughtful, practical gift for clients!

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I lived here until recently (2026, Ground Floor). This accommodation was very quiet, private, and safe. I think it's especially well-suited for international visitors or students coming to the UK for the first time. The shared kitchen was never overcrowded or noisy, and the facilities were kept very clean. The property manager was very helpful with explanations, and their email responses were always clear and prompt. It stayed warm in the winter and didn't get too hot in the summer, so I highly recommend this place.- 19th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Alex and Julie were fantastic with the sale of our property. Alex was quick to come out to give us a valuation and the photos she took really showcased our property. Julie's expertise was great and found us a buyer very quickly. She was always easy to get hold of, kept me updated whenever there was any progress, and was happy to answer any questions I had. The purchase took longer than expected due to delays outside of her control, but she always chased things up for me and kept me informed. I really appreciated having someone I could just pick up the phone to whenever I needed

Sold property very quickly and at a great price. Can't get better than that!
19th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market. They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it.
