He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!! We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough.
