23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I’ve viewed hundreds of properties over the years – from London to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and Spalding– and met countless estate agents, but this agency has been by far the most friendly and memorable I’ve come across. The very first time I viewed a few properties with them, the agent was wonderfully welcoming – a real breath of fresh air. This was my second time in Spalding viewing properties, and this time round it was Max who showed me the properties over the last two days. Working with him has been equally exceptional. He showed me three properties yesterday and was very kind to arrange a second viewing for one of them today because I had to return to London. Throughout it all, he remained completely patient, and approachable. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness and respect. Unlike many in the industry who can be transactional, judgmental, and impatient – sometimes even making you feel looked down upon depending on your budget – Max treated every property and question with equal care and professionalism. True humility, kindness, and respect have nothing to do with age or how many decades someone has been in the job. Regardless of experience or seniority, many across the industry have a lot to learn from Max about staying grounded and treating every client with genuine respect. If I were selling a property, I would go with this agency without hesitation. Max and his colleagues make people feel truly comfortable and valued, which makes all the difference. Max is a wonderful professional with an exceptional work ethic, and with this attitude, he is going to do brilliantly in whatever he chooses to do. Highly recommended!

Buying a house can be quite stressful, especially as first-time buyers, but Libby was always helpful, friendly and approachable. She kept us updated, answered our questions and made us feel supported throughout the process.<br><br>It was lovely to deal with someone who genuinely seemed to care and wanted everything to go smoothly for us. We really appreciate all her help and would happily recommend Libby to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you for helping us get the keys to our new home! ??????
23rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

While on occasion it took a little longer to receive responses, they were consistently available and always ensured our queries were answered.<br><br>The final two months were undoubtedly stressful, however their professionalism and persistence ensured the sale was successfully brought over the finishing line. - 21st Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I needed to sell my parents house since my mum had recently passed away and my dad had to go into a care home.<br>I had spoken to Nicky on the phone to start the whole process and she was excellent, extremely sympathetic and understanding with the circumstances.<br>We had agreed to have Leanne come to meet us at the property to discuss the options of a normal sale or sale through modern auction and we decided on the auction for a quicker turn around.<br>Leanne was spot on with her input and direction towards our needs and was also a pleasure to deal with.<br>I would highly recommend using Pygott and Crone if I was looking to sell a property for their pure excellence of what they do and for how satisfied I was during such a difficult time, they made it incredibly stress free!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
