30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)BM gave the highest valuation just to get the contract signed, then our property sat on the market for their 4 months contract term. Unreacheable most of the time, with out-of-office autoreplies. WHO WAS WORKING TO SELL OUR PROPERTY?

Loraine's experience helped to progress my purchase through incredibly quickly, and she is not only fast to respond to emails and queries, but is also absolutely delightful to deal with. Thank you for a very smooth purchase! I hope to use White and Sons again in the future.

11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!

26th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.

8th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I don’t often take time make reviews, but felt the need to give feedback on Garry and the wider team at Cranleigh Curchods. Garry has consistently delivered excellent service while selling my house. The sale was complex due to probate, but his depth of knowledge and availability took the stress out of any legal issues that arose. Communication was brilliant and I always felt that nothing was too much when asking for support. I would highly recommend using the team to buy or sell a property. I would like to take this final opportunity to thank Garry and the team for everything.

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m really grateful for all the support from the team at Cow & Co.

24th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)EweMove provided an exceptional service. The property was on the market very quickly, including professional photography and brochure production. We had six viewings booked within a couple of days and received three offers in less than a week. We accepted an asking price offer after the property had been live on the market less than 7 days. We are able to follow the progress of our sale on an app and have direct contact with EweMove at any time. Best house sales service ever!
