31st Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Saunders (John, Edward and Richard) have been amazing for various viewings and during the process of buying a house through them. The patience, guidance and respect shown to the vendor while she needed extra help with her sale and ability to show kindness throughout the sale has been memorable and they have gone above and beyond with both the vendor and for us during our purchase with them. I would highly recommend to not only take care of your sale but also of you or relatives that may need that extra patience and guidance during a sale. We will be recommending for friends and family when their time comes to sell.
13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Well we are coming to the end of our 2 year rental through them. We have been paying way over average for their services but that was our choice. 15pct per month for rent collection only ! That even includes the month where they forgot to pay the rent when it was due because the person was on holiday and thought it was still Sunday ! REALLY !! Zero visits to the property in 2 years for this amount of commission as well ! WOW. Anyway we are at the end of our fixed 2 year period and we want to change agents. We still have the same tenant but unlike 90pct of other agents it turns out Terra Cotta don't have a termination option and they are above Trading Standards. Long and short of it is we will go legal now but my advice is use agents who don't think they own you. We will be selling in 18 months and these people have ruled themselves out of that selection process for sure. Extortionate fees for well below average service

House moves are always stressful but it was great to have an agent that tries to relieve our stress (not add to it!). Thanks again!
31st Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)While looking for an Estate Agent in Bagshot, to manage the renting of my property, I decided to use Howlands since they’re a local family run property business with the reviews being positive and the prices competitive. I’m really pleased I made this decision with James, Sandy, and Allan providing a very professional service during the 18mth period. Communication was very good with any problems raised by the tenants addressed swiftly which provided peace of mind. Due to Howlands being a family run business they go the extra mile and ensure they offer a positive experience. Based off the positive experience I subsequently used Howlands for the sale of the property which also worked out very well. The photos of the property showcased the house very positively with the video walk-through organised by James also looking great. During the conveyancing process James and Allan did an excellent job with providing regular updates and managing the communication between the sellers. I’d thoroughly recommend using Howlands for renting, selling, or buying a property in the Bagshot area with it even more important to support this great local business.

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.
18th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Just rented a flat through Elizabeth and had an absolutely fantastic experience. She has been incredibly helpful, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Communication was always quick and clear, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free which makes such a refreshing change! This was genuinely the easiest house search and rental experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend her more — thank you again for making everything so simple and straightforward Liz!

15th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Unfortunately they were not proactive and the person accompanying the viewings was lacklustre. The feedback was requested by email and through an online form so again there was no positive interaction with viewers to encourage them to get over any concerns they may have had, the feedback given by the second and last viewer was that the decor wasn’t to their liking! I took the property off the market as the only thing they were going to do was want it reduced in price despite pretty much just putting it on rightmove and expecting the house and rightmove to do all the work.

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross.
