The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

The very kindly contacted the person in question, who in turn contacted me back. They didn't need to help, but they did so and I'm very grateful for that.

From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. You were great, thanks so much again Sandra!

His communication has been excellent, always available, and very easy to talk to, especially when it comes to dealing with any questions or issues along the way. He’s made the whole process feel much less stressful, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Honestly, I wish everyone had an estate agent like Cameron. He’s a huge credit to the company! Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Moving from a flat to a house was a big jump for us. We had limited time to lock in and secure a property that fit, Charan came through for us. Charan went above and beyond to ensure that we were catered to in every way. From early/late correspondence to continuous updates, creating a great sense of trust and confidence within the process. After renovating the property, should we wish to sell, we would definitely instruct Charan to look after our sale. We would want any potential buyer walking through our doors to have the same experience as we did. We cannot express how great Charan was with us over the past couple of months, and we are not easy customers either.

From the moment I called him up to express interest in the property he had listed, he was exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as a buyer. Michael was the key driver in getting my purchase over the line, with his strong communication in liaising, and his proactivity to get things done. I 100% recommend him, especially if you’re less experienced in buying. Alongside Michael, I was also very pleased with Carlos too. Whenever I had any questions, he was always enthusiastic and determined to help me where possible, particularly in Michael’s absence. Thanks so much!
