29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Swansea Property Agents who helped and supported us securing a 2 bedroom rented property.<br>The process was smooth, the Agents were completely approachable and non judgemental toward my own adverse credit history, thereby having understanding that a difficult history can be circumstantial in regards to that matter.<br>My partner and I were very happy to deal with this buisness and we felt looked after and cared for throughout the application and process.

18th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Richards Estate Agents sold our property, and despite the sales falling through on 3 occasions, Ken found buyers quickly, and was always supportive. We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible communication and lack of response from emails, My partner had emailed and phoned numerous times in regards to a property to rent and we were sent a questionnaire. Upon filling out said questionnaire we had no response and nothing since despite us emailing and calling again!. Appalling service overall and would not recommend.

25th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee

29th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent
