Michael came and valued my property and it's clear talking to him that he is very professional and passionate about his business. Karen and Emma are a brilliant team, I found the whole process of selling and moving very difficult and a bit traumatic at times and these two lovely ladies held my hand and guided me through the process. We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers.
