30th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

5th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Michael came and valued my property and it's clear talking to him that he is very professional and passionate about his business. Karen and Emma are a brilliant team, I found the whole process of selling and moving very difficult and a bit traumatic at times and these two lovely ladies held my hand and guided me through the process. I must give a special mention to Alison who without her help with printing and form filling I would have drowned. I heartedly recommend Fine and Country. Kind regards Susan Parkes

Our estate agent Emma was fantastic every step of the way, from viewing to completion she was in regular contact, chased up documents and solicitors and managed to get our sale completed in record time. She was so lovely and friendly which is a rare combination in this day. Having previously used other estate agents in the area and had bad experiences, I couldn't recommend Emma and Ward's enough.- 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We arrived in Kings Hill knowing we wanted to move here but not knowing the area and the property market. Both Sam Turner and Be Chapman of Wards of Kings Hill were brilliant. They guided us and were always available for responding to questions regarding properties and how these would link in to our very specific needs. We found a wonderful house. This entire process was brilliant as it was not only about the sale of a property but Sam and Be were also hugely supportive as agents for both sellers and the buyers. Highly recommended for both sellers and buyers.!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
