Metropole Properties exceeded our expectations. From day one, they took charge providing guidance and regular updates without me having to chase for information. Their expertise made what we expected to be a complicated process feel effortless. They found the right buyer and also ensured that every detail from negotiations to paperwork, was handled smoothly. 27th Mar 2021 (4 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.
15th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have worked with Callaway Estates a number of times over the last few years and can honestly say, if you’re looking for an agent locally, you can’t go wrong with David Bullock and the team! Highly recommended!!
29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)I have been renting a property managed by Howard Baker Estates for three years. The property was presented really well and maintained periodically by them. Really impressed with their professionalism in handling things right from renting, maintenance, periodic checks etc. Sam and Team does a great job in managing all these aspects. Renters can feel relaxed if they get such expert property managers. I recommend Howard Baker Estates due to the quality of their properties.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

They helped me secure a property that was genuinely the best option I came across after three weeks of active searching, and the whole process with them was smooth, efficient, and properly handled from start to finish. They were quick to respond, communication was excellent, and everything was done by the book, which gave me real peace of mind. I also felt genuinely cared for as a tenant, which is rare with letting agencies. When my life plans changed, they were understanding and made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and manageable. I am really grateful for their support and would happily recommend them and the agency they work for!

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth
27th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Thought they were great to begin with then realised they were not! If you're thinking of renting a residential property from them consider if you'd like to live with a hole in your kitchen roof for weeks without being fixed, if you want your deposit properly protected in a scheme and if you want your deposit back without taking action against them. Seriously incompetent staff, rude and disrespectful. The flat we rented was one of 3, "refurbished" (if you can call it that) office buildings (Oh yeah, they take their commercial buildings and flip them haha!) with what I am guessing is no insulation, black mould throughout and a roof that held 4 inches+ of water which caused a leak and the roof to be taken out, then left. I had to fight for my deposit back because the idiot of an estate agent that went on holiday didn't send the new tenant a contract. No cover, no communication. All lacking in any kind of critical thinking. The list goes on.... AVOID!

He was attentive, professional and knowledgeable and helped us in all things to do with our commercial lease. He assisted us in our rent review and other matters. Best service

27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Mr Tony Bunce was helpful with his advice on selling my parents home. From the 6 Estate Agents I met with he was by the far the most knowegable regarding the market conditions in the Area. His assessment was good and we now look forward to completion of the Sale process.

16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Living in a rental under Charles Russell management and it has been full negligence of the property and the 2 flats in the same building. Moved in September 2025 and issues have been raised since with no response what so ever - it is now January 2026 and still nothing has been done. No inspections NOTHING. Do not rent a rental under this management.

4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)????? I would highly recommend AKS Estate. I have known Shiv for the past few years, and he has always been extremely professional and reliable. He has excellent knowledge of the property market and the local areas around Hounslow and Southall. He also has strong connections with landlords and investors in the area. He helped me with dealing with a few properties, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Even though AKS Estate is a relatively new name, Shiv himself has more than 18 years of experience in the property market. If you are thinking about renting, selling, or buying a property, I would strongly recommend AKS Estate.
