23rd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.

Any queries or issues were dealt with promptly, and I always felt confident that the property was being well looked after.<br><br>When the time came to sell, the same high level of service continued. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with great communication throughout and regular updates that made everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>It’s been a pleasure dealing with the team over the years, and I genuinely appreciate all of their help, advice and support.
