26th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Professional from start to finish giving good advice and being kept informed at all times.
5th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)We worked with Paul Davies initially to discuss marketing our bungalow. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!
7th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fantastic service, supportive and efficient always, the team in cowbridge I can’t recommend highly enough
23rd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.
12th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Polite and courteous, yet professional and knowledgeable.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Maddison was amazing during the entire process, helping to get us to completion. We are very grateful!
11th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Our dealings with Alex Easton on our recent house purchase in Dinas Powys were excellent. He was efficient and responsive and very helpful with any query we had. He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Would highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and knowledge.
3rd Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Pleasant staff, could improve slightly on giving feedback but overall good.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Cannot recommend Sophie Davies mortgage advisor enough. Went above and beyond to help with my first mortgage. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!- 23rd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Absolutely brilliant, polite helpful and went the extra mile to assist, I live away from the sale and the Team at Chris Davies have helped with access for contractors etc. and have kept me well informed. Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????
24th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Sam was very professional and reliable.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)So pleased with how quickly Brighter moves sold our house! Thank you Andrew for all your help, great communication and sold it so quickly for us! Highly recommend!
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Very poor experience trying to arrange viewings with this agency. Sent multiple emails and portal enquiries regarding an advertised property, all of which were completely ignored without a single response or callback. It is deeply frustrating as a proceedable buyer to be shut out of viewings, and it does a huge disservice to their vendors whose homes aren't being shown to interested purchasers. If you want transparent communication and proactive agents, look elsewhere."Chris Davies Estate Agents - Rhoose

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I recently used the Llantwit Major office for the sale of a property and couldn't have been happier with the service provided.

Matt and Christine were excellent throughout, making the whole process remarkably straightforward and requiring very little input from me. They were professional, efficient and helpful, keeping everything moving smoothly and taking care of matters without any unnecessary fuss.

As a landlord, I've dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and I particularly appreciated Matt's straightforward, no-nonsense approach. No unnecessary sales talk or empty promises, just honest, practical advice and, importantly, doing exactly what he said he would do. Christine was equally excellent, keeping me well informed throughout the sale and ensuring everything progressed smoothly.

It was exactly the sort of service I had hoped for when choosing an agency, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt, Christine and the team at the Llantwit Major office to anyone looking to sell their property.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Craig Jefferies was an absolute superstar helping us with buying our home in Sully. From start to finish he was extremely organised, kept in touch every step of the way and also just very lovely to deal with. We had a very tight timescale to work with and if it wasn’t for Craig, the process wouldn’t have happened on our purchase. He went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful to him and the wider team at David Baker. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you very much!
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Just bought a property in Barry. Couldn't have asked for a better team at DM. Excellent service, made the craziness of moving a lot easier.
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic service from Conrad and his team from start to finish. The team were professional, helpful and supportive throughout the sale of my late father’s house sale.
I couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
22nd Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)After time spent abroad I was used to estate agents not readily assisting in my efforts to secure a rental property. Perhaps they wanted an "easier" option than a non standard locally based applicant.
However, MGY has a wonderful employee called Sarah, who helped from start to finish with exemplary friendliness and professionalism.
Thank you for helping our family, we appreciate your kindness and consideration.- 1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Have had dealings with Vicci and the team at MGY in Barry for many years now, through both rentals and sales.
Have always received a great service from Vicci, in particular with the recent sale of my property. Good communication, helpful advice and a positive attitude has made the whole process a lot less stressful.
Thank you everybody!

Service is so good it never crosses my mind to use anyone else.- 8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Really well done.
