Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

We loved the way sefftons arranged our viewing appointment, having a 1:1 viewing appointment was much more pleasant! Instead of 1 agent and 10 other people viewing the property at the same time.
