21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord
28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Agent decided to stop booking in viewings even though we weren’t happy with the offer received, and lied about it. Fees are astronomical, service mediocre. Would never use or recommend Dawson’s and I have heard many similar stories.

27th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)They put terrible tenants in house near me and no nothing about it Noisy and suspicious visitors and weird.- 25th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Dawson's were professional throughout and the agents were fantastic, we are very grateful to them, thank you. They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.
