15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The sale was made in very difficult circumstances due to the state of the economy. Obviously it took longer than we hoped but eventually we got the sale over the line. Full marks to Tom Edmunds for staying with us all the way. He was always very professional and his hard work made it happen. Top man.
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.
15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!
28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)We initialy delt with Amanda who was very helpful and sent us details of houses we might be interested in. We arranged to view some properties and met with Michelle. We were extremely happy with our viewing and can only thank Michelle for her knowledge, proffessionalism and politeness. Excellent interaction and we are very interested in persuing a possible purchase. Many thanks both ! Jon and Teresa x

25th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee- 7th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Had appointment booked for price appraisal of property, failed to show up and no contact to apologise for no show. Great way to make you want to use them to sell your property

It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with an estate agency that is organised, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. A big thank you to Brian and Mellissa, who have been fantastic throughout! responsive, efficient, and always clear in their communication. Molly has also been great to deal with, and it’s obvious there’s a strong team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. The difference in service compared to my previous agent has been night and day. Everything has been handled promptly and properly, without the confusion and lack of clarity I experienced before. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Peter Alan to any landlord looking for a professional and reliable agency.
