I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. B & G proved to be efficient letting agents, listening to the kind of profile of tenant we wanted and finding them. When we decided to sell the property, a different arm of the organisation took over and provided a good service. Plenty of communication and a willingness to intervene to ensure that the sale went through. It did take nearly 5 months to sell our maisonette, but I think this may be more to do with the fact that the property was leasehold rather than inefficiencies.
