Extremely disappointing and weak service. Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.... Read more
