8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)David Cliff - Dan was brilliant. Professional and honest.
15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had a bit of a difficult process with our buyers finances. Hayley was great and kept in regular contact with us and we eventually got the sale across the line.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Adam was really helpful throughout our whole buying process, informative and friendly to talk to. 100% recommend this Estate Agency to anyone looking to buy/sell

When the time comes, we'll be using this Estate Agents again
9th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Had the pleasure of dealing with Mack, who was very helpful, quick to respond to emails and kept me informed throughout the process. Great professional!
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)My experience with Charters has been extremely positive - both with viewing through them and selling my own property. They are professional, kind, patient, reasonable and always happy to help. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
20th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Came in last minute, sold on one week.
18th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Friendly service and very professional, Dexter was an absolute star in dealing with some issues along the way Would definitely recommend them
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I would 100% recommend WPR and Stacey in particular to anyone! We’ve just sold our house and we went with another estate agent. Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Top service from everyone in letttings at Bourne Estate Agents, fun to deal with. Great service and communication , very responsive and knowledgable. Great to deal with a company that operates this way.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)The Lettings Service at Winkworth Farnham has been outstanding. We have let our property with them for five years now and they are very efficient and professional and a delight to deal with.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I have not had a positive experience when dealing with Estate Agents before but working with Vickery has changed that. I have nothing but praise for the way they handled the sale of my house. They arranged a large number of viewings and sold the property very quickly. I opted for the package which included the solicitor fees which was a more cost effective option.
I especially appreciated being updated at every stage of the sale. I never felt I needed to chase for an update. I mainly dealt with Jordan and found him a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you Jordan for changing my opinion of Estate Agents. I can highly recommend Vickery and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Churchods were easily the best estate agents I tried in the sale of my house which was not straightforward in a tough market. The team of Laura Kate Phoebe ?????? and Martin were all excellent and exceptional at showing buyers around. I would heartily recommend them to anyone and I would certainly use again. Thanks Churchods Farnham Sales Team!
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Looking for a nice apartment is always a very big headache.
We had our own share of the stress that comes with House hunting or property searching.
Meeting Galiye from Martin & Co was very a game changer for us in our property search.
What a charismatic and amazing professional she is. Galiye is the best letting agent we have ever encountered.

She outdid herself if I can use that word to make sure we get a property of our taste. She was constantly updating us with important information and guidance throughout the whole period. I wish we had met her earlier.

Thank you, Galiye.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Helen, Rory and Max did a fantastic job selling our house in a very tough market. They achieved a great price, communicated really well throughout the process and responded immediately when problems arose. I recommend them highly.

29th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)We were pleased we chose Kier Charles to sell our property in Camberley and the sale went through in super quick time. Thank you
3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Fantastic company, dealt with the purchase of my property quickly and efficiently
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Did not fulfill obligations
24th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Professional, efficient but also very friendly And helpful!!! 6 days and my house was under offer, thank you Christian!- 19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Great service and advice, we accepted an offer within a week of the property being advertised. Very professional & helpful throughout the sales process. Bournes were also far fairer on their fees than other agents. Really couldn't fault them. We used them again in the sale of my parents property which again went very smoothly. Highly recommended.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Lewis sold my parent’s house in 10 days. From start to finish he was always on hand to help. The marketing of the house was incredible, especially the marketing video. Every week he would call to check in with my mum, keeping her up to date and providing reassurance. I would recommend Lewis to everyone - truly fantastic at what he does. Thank you so much Lewis!
