8th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I used Lloyds to sell. When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.

11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Andrew Lloyd from start to finish. They were always quick to respond and sort out any issues that came up while we were letting the flat. We dealt with Andrew directly most of the time and he was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with throughout. Move-out was also straightforward and everything was handled fairly and professionally. Easily one of the best experiences we’ve had with estate agents in London.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this agency during my attempted purchase of Wightman Road has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I submitted a revised offer of £450,000 subject to several specific matters being regularised, including lease and title issues. Although I was later informed that the seller had agreed to the price, I never received written confirmation that all of the conditions attached to my offer had been accepted, nor was an updated Memorandum of Sale issued.<br><br>Over several weeks, I repeatedly requested updates and clarification by email and WhatsApp, but many of my enquiries went unanswered. The prolonged lack of communication and absence of formal documentation ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the transaction.<br><br>I formally withdrew from the purchase on 2 June 2026 and requested the return of my holding deposit. At the time of writing, I have still received no substantive response to my formal complaint and no confirmation of when my deposit will be returned.<br><br>Property transactions can be complicated, and deals do fall through. However, clear communication, timely responses and transparency should be the minimum standard that buyers can expect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

12th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Generally return calls quickly , except, when trying to terminate the sales contract. Produced all most nothing in the agree sales period. Would not remotely recommend, I’m afraid.

She listened to all of our needs and requests and did everything to make sure they were met. She was always available, even when she wasn’t on the clock, which was so reassuring as it was our first time renting with Foxtons. The move in was so smooth and all that was made possible with Sephorah’s help!
