11th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)This agency is a joke. I caught the agent in our backgarden when he gave no notice. We were petrified and as single women it was a truely frightening experience. Stay away from them if possible. Truly awful

4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

We must give special thanks to Anthony, for his dedication to the job and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. He was professional and approachable at all hours, whatever the query. He acted as a key negotiator and ensured the transition to completion progressed as smoothly as possible. I was out of the country for much of the process, but Anthony provided prompt support, liaising regularly with the previous owners and ourselves and assisting with each and every step. We would highly recommend their services.

24th May 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Quite possibly the worst experience of buying and/or selling anything in my life. They are vague, bullying and uncaring. We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute. AVOID at all costs.
