5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I bought my house in Wivenhoe through Elms Price and had such a good experience with them.<br><br>Jamie was a breath of fresh air after dealing with estate agents in London. He was really proactive and always kept me updated, but was never pushy. When it came to exchange and completion, which was definitely the most stressful part, he was there the whole way and I always felt like I could pick up the phone and ask what was going on.<br><br>Jamie was away on the actual day of completion so Cheryl took over, and she was fantastic too. We discovered there was a gas leak at the property, not exactly the start I was hoping for in my new home! Cheryl was so helpful. She contacted the seller’s solicitor and arranged for a gas engineer they use to come out and sort it for me.<br><br>I really felt supported by them throughout the whole process, including after I’d actually completed, which says a lot. I’d absolutely recommend Elms Price if you’re buying or selling in Wivenhoe.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I wanted to share my recent experience with Lamb & Co following the completion of my first home purchase.<br><br>From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease when showing me around the property and were always happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>A special mention goes to Jo, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Things became a little stressful at times when dealing with the solicitors, but Jo was always on hand to offer support, keep me updated and help move things along. Her help was genuinely a lifesaver and made what could have been a much more stressful experience far more manageable.<br><br>Overall, the whole team have been so helpful and supportive, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help in making my first home purchase a reality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lamb & Co to anyone looking to buy a property!

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)

We had switched from another agent where progress had stalled, but Ben Walsham turned things around immediately. He brought through serious, qualified viewers, and within a handful of viewings, a solid offer was negotiated and agreed. Ben went above and beyond from day one.<br>?Once under offer, Maddie in sales progression was an absolute lifesaver. Conveyancing threw up plenty of complications, but Maddie was proactive, tenacious with the solicitors, and kept us fully in the loop so we never had to chase.<br>?We completed today and couldn't be more grateful to Ben, Maddie, and the entire team. They are genuinely setting the standard for the estate agency industry.
