The presentation of the property was second to none, and you get a real feel for professional company that you are dealing with. Their communication has always been fantastic and they are very friendly and approachable and honest which is unusual with estate agents. Adam and Corrie deserve a huge pat on the back! The sale has gone through extremely smoothly with them and it felt very personal dealing with them. They are genuinely happy to help and give advice. Highly recommend them for that more personal service! Thanks again guys!!
26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Recently purchased a property through John German and wanted to review this estate agent as been excellent , strong communication throughout the process , Jayne and staff kept us updated weekly and was able to give us feedback and chase the chain involved .<br>I have used all estate agents in the past within uttoxeter and comparing to ABODE there is no comparable.<br>Some agents don’t work to sell your house this agent proved staff are committed and resilient and confident within their roles.<br>Don’t hesitate to use this agent to sell your home , you won’t be disappointed.

10th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. 21st Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)We had previously listed with a high street agent and received little feedback or proactivity, so moving to Addison Mead was the best decision we made. Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.
