She consistently followed up on my questions, kept me informed at every stage and really helped to reduce the stress of buying a property. Sarah and Lorna were also very supportive and responsive whenever I had questions or needed clarification. From viewings and negotiations through to completion, everything felt well organised and well managed. This was my first purchase through a limited company, and their guidance and coordination made a real difference. 17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
