16th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Chancellors were solid throughout my first house purchase. The process is long and stressful by design (thanks, UK property market), but the team were responsive, communicative, and didn't do the thing where they ghost you for two weeks then act surprised you followed up. One specific thing that stood out: they marked the property as sold on all the portals as soon as my offer was accepted. Sounds minor, but I'd had another agent refuse to do this during a previous purchase attempt, which left the door open for competing offers. Chancellors just... did it, without being asked. That kind of small thing tells you a lot about how an agent actually operates. Would use them again. Genuinely.

The service has been faultless, they went the extra mile to ensure the sale went smoothly and proceeded to completion, they went over and above in keeping the whole chain together and actively worked on all elements to achieve this - not just concentrating on our sale/their instruction. Their positive involvement underlines the importance of using a good local agent. Highly recommend.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

My house sale unfortunately fell through on four separate occasions, and each time they acted quickly, professionally, and had it back on the market without delay. They managed to secure a new buyer every time, showing real dedication and persistence. Their communication, professionalism, and commitment were outstanding throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Meyers. A special mention to Paige, a huge credit to the company! Paige was absolutely fantastic though out a difficult and lengthy process.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I first called Encasa in November 2025 about a property but received no follow-up. I called again first week in January 2026 to arrange a viewing while I would be in the area, but still received no response. My son also called on my behalf and was told to email if it was urgent, even though he explained I was travelling a distance away from Solihull and as I was viewing another house and because they didn't get back to me can I view their house yet there was no follow-up to any of these attempts. This repeated lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Serious buyers should be aware that arranging a viewing with Encasa can be very frustrating.
