Theo is very quick to pick up the phone, even if he’s out of the city. They are all always very helpful. Even when locking ourselves out at 6pm on a Saturday evening, the owner’s son Alex was available for us to pick up a pair of spare keys.

He went above and beyond to address any specific questions I had for the landlord and ensured I got into the property on time when refurbishment threatened a delay.
