Problems were dealt with professionally and in a supportive and timely manner, and communications were clear and prompt. Neal Aldridge and Stephanie Hazley receive special mention for their knowledge and expertise.

10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.

At all times in this protracted process, they worked hard to keep all parties on track , always responded swiftly to phone queries and emails, and offered a personal and highly professional service . From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Mr. Pawan did extremely well in marketing, pricing strategy, negotiation and communication. With his professionalism, he quickly strived for the best offer / buyer among several in less than one month. He could always understood our concerns and clarified our confusions regarding the process or even legal matters during the selling process. His clarity and responsiveness is highly appreciated. The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.

Both Adam and Rachel were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. They worked hard in getting our property listed and sold promptly. The communication was 1st class, they really went out of their way to keep us well updated and help out with everything. Even recommending local trades when necessary. They are a breath of fresh air in the industry, using WhatsApp to communicate which was so easy. We were really impressed. Thank you guys for everything you did, we really appreciate it!
