Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. "I do not recommend this agency as they are deceitful. We lived in a house with leaks, mold, and a constantly malfunctioning boiler. Repairs (except for the boiler) were never conducted. In the end, they asked us to leave and didn't return our deposit. The agent was with us during the move-out, claiming everything was fine (we repainted and cleaned the apartment, but moved into a DIRTY, UNRENOVATED place). Scammers! Avoid them."... Read more
