I’ve dealt with problem after problem, and every time I reached out for help, they either completely ignored me or responded with excuses that made it seem like everything was my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real support, they brushed off my concerns like they didn’t matter at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and be treated with such a lack of care and accountability. Timour at Kingworths was more than helpful back in 2024 when selling our commercial property in Ealing Broadway. The communication was amazing throughout and he went above and beyond to make sure all the ducks were lined up and timeframes were achieved all around. Good Solicitors on both sides also a huge plus.
