6th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.
30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in London for 5 years, in 4 different flats for the first 3, and in a flat managed by Proprium for the last 2. One might think that whoever manages your accommodation does not really matter — if so, think again. The first 4 agents I have dealt with have been very difficult and unaccommodating; let’s not get into specifics. Proprium on the other hand have been so helpful as soon as any issue has arisen, and it is a pleasure meeting them all in the staircase every day. Not sure if related to Proprium in any way, but it is as if everyone in the building are friends or part of a little community — never have I ever seen such a nice neighbour situation in London. Should I ever be unfortunate enough to have to move from the current flat, I would specifically call Proprium to see if they have anything available, before even checking Rightmove / Zoopla.- 7th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Helpful friendly and knowledgeable service from an agent who knows the local area well.
12th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .
12th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Poor communication, unprofessional approach. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agent. It takes ages for them to get back to you, you have to chase them daily as if it’s not in their interest to let the properties they have. Avoid.

19th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.

27th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Agency was great throughout our tenancy in terms of communication and maintenance. The issues I had were after we moved out when it came to our deposit. They flipped my mattress to find an old stain which they then tried to charge me for. The mattress had not been flipped before I moved in or during my tenancy so I was able to dispute this. I am a young professional and the flat was in excellent condition when we left. It needed a professional clean which I was happy to pay for. Our tenancy was for 2 years and there was a small amount of expected wear and tear (eg. a few unnoticeable marks on the walls). The agency said they needed to repaint the entire flat and took this out of our deposit. I have rented with a number of letting agents whilst living in Manchester and they were the only one who took a significant portion of my deposit.
14th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Avoid this firm. Charged me high commission for poor service. Wanted me to fully renovate my flat and then value it cheaply. Avoid at all cost.
