11th May 2018 (7 years ago)I have found Mr A Philpott and his Team very helpful and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate recommend them. I am also renting my property via them. They have always found a good and reliable tenant for the flat.
11th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I lived in a property managed by SW Residential for a year while studying in London with my friends, and although I couldn't renew the lease due to personal reasons, I can say with absolute confidence that this is the best agency I've ever worked with — especially thanks to Christian. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the best agent in the world. Before we even moved in, Christian kindly helped us carry all our luggage up to the attic on the third floor. Since none of us were in London during the summer holidays, he also made sure all our belongings were placed inside the flat as soon as the tenancy started. Throughout the year, he was always incredibly helpful and responsive. No matter what we needed, he was quick to reply and happy to assist. He’s also just a genuinely kind and understanding person — always willing to help mediate and maintain good neighborly relationships. The moving-out process was also smooth and stress-free — thanks to Christian again. If I didn’t need to move into a studio next year, I would absolutely choose SW Residential again. Christian is simply the best!

1st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. Thank you all Jayne, Lucia, Suzie and Chester

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent. He is who you want to work with, and he’s assembling a great team (ie Piers) to support him.
