We called up and spoke with Gennie who was very helpful and recommended James Goodman as we needed a surveyor for a split title deeds survey.<br><br>James came out to meet us, he was punctual, smartly dressed and very professional. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable, offering lots of advice and ideas in how best to move forward for us in a unique situation.<br><br>James put us at ease making the whole process from start to finish an easy, smooth transition and all done in great time!<br><br>Highly recommend James and this company for anyone needing land surveying services.<br><br>Regards<br>Sam Turner

Our purchase was quite complex, but everything was handled professionally and efficiently throughout. Communication was excellent and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and clearly. We felt in very safe hands and would definitely recommend.

19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Selling my late parent's house and switched to Samuel Wood after another agent had failed to sell.<br><br>Jack Davies reviewed the existing marketing and suggested some changes, which we agreed with. Throughout the process Jack and the Craven Arms team communicated well, were proactive in talking with potential buyers and were very professional.<br><br>In a difficult market we ended up with 3 competing offers and exchanged contracts this week.

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We purchased our 4th renovation project from Priory Estate Agent's Biddulph office back in January and the service from the team was excellent from start to finish. Phone calls and emails were taken or replied to within 24 hours and we were kept up to date throughout.<br><br>Rachel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and as a result we had a very quick completion ??????<br><br>Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

She works for the NHS as a nurse yet they refused her a remote viewing because they want to see:<br>- how you dress<br>- how you talk<br>- how you act<br>- how you look<br>It's 2026 and they're judging whether a nurse is fit to live in Worcester by how they look. This is how they treat nurses even after COVID. I personally can't believe how superficially judgemental this process is its baseless and discrimination. Martin & Co clearly dont want to help a busy nurse find a new home.

Unlike big corporate agents you get a full personal service from purchase and sale all the way through until completion, taking away all the stress involved with buying and selling property.<br>Having used them several times I can highly recommend them for buying selling and rentals

31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Was with JM for 3 years . In my time with them they Have proven to be incompetent. No inventory just have poorly taken pictures. Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. No accountability.
