I was able to arrange viewings within 2 days that suits my schedule. The lady that handled my case was professional and polite as well. All the questions that I raised where answered promptly. I high recommend skill to anyone local.
4th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email. At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down. They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish? I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention. I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location. The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all. I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me. I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.

Chloe was my main point of contact and was really good at stepping in and chasing my sale on my behalf as I sold without an estate agent. Kerry also stepped in if Chloe wasn’t around. Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

27th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Asked for a rental quote on a property, they came out after 3 days to view the property which is standard. Then I had to Chase them after 4 days of non contact. They operate via whatapp and say all the staff and agents can view my messages and someone will respond back ASAP. I asked about the gold package etc. I then decided not to deal with these guys after ive left 3 messages and calls in 1 week. If I did sign a contract for these guys to get Tennants for me and when things go wrong they wont be in a rush to help or sort things out.. this for me is a red flag.. am glad I didn't go with Tutis in the end.. if this company can't be bothered to respond to you after 3 or 4 days then they probably won't respond if you have issues with your Tennants in your property..

The whole process was smooth, and the team dealt with all our requests brilliantly, even at very short notice. They were always flexible and helpful, giving us access to the property whenever needed so we could arrange quotes for plastering and electrical work. Thanks to their support, everything went through much faster than we expected. I also rented through Oakton Estates and always found them alert, responsive and helpful whenever any issues came up. They were also very flexible when we were moving into our new property, which meant we didn’t end up paying more rent than necessary. Highly recommend.

30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. I could not speak more highly of them, in particular Charlotte who kept us very well informed during the period .<br>I would highly recommend them . They are very professional in every way<br>Thank you again, I would not use anyone else.

Communication was always clear and prompt and he was very responsive when I had any questions or needed advice. What really stood out is how much Tim helped things moving by regularly chasing solicitors and following up on outstanding actions, which really made a difference in making the sale progressing smoothly. I would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to sell their property!
