Really helped to keep our move ticking along and even held us out with our own sale despite being the agents for the house we were buying rather than selling! 10/10, kind, compassionate and easy to get hold of whenever you had an issue. We will absolutely be using AP Morgan whenever we next move (which hopefully won’t be for a very long time!)

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)After speaking with five different estate agents, I knew that Ellis at Hunters was the right person to help us sell our house.<br><br>Selling a home that was so precious to us was always going to be an emotional and stressful process, so having someone who was approachable, responsive, trustworthy and genuinely cared about getting the right buyers was incredibly important to us.<br><br>Ellis 100% proved his worth and then some. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed, and reassured us during some particularly stressful moments.<br><br>We genuinely cannot thank Ellis enough for everything he did, along with the rest of the team at Hunters. From start to finish, they were exceptional and made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellis and the team at Hunters to anyone looking to sell their home. He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. The sellers had an internal family dispute leaving the sale dragging on for 6 months, we finally completed with 1 day to go until our morgage offer ran out. Throughout this time Vicky and team were always available to answer questions, relay messages to the seller on the urgency, we were kept in the loop of the whole process.<br>Big thank you to Vicky & Lenny, Hannah is now moved in and loving her new home

Also a huge thank you to Sue, our Move Manager, who was brilliant throughout and particularly helpful in chasing things up and putting some much-needed pressure on our both sets of solicitors when things needed progressing!<br><br>We’re really grateful for all the help and support we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team. I have been speaking to Hannah and Callum and they have been very informative and polite throughout whereas the other estate agents have been difficult to work with. Hannah and Callum have been very responsive and patient and I really hope I am able to find a property soon!

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I contacted Bairstoweve to sell my flat, they sent Mellisa out to talk everything through with me and my husband very promptly, Kellie also communicated very well with me throughout and I was given ample time to ask questions and explore the best options for me. Mellisa provided me with transparent fixed costs and gave me written confirmation of these and followed up via email which really gave me ease because from get go transparency is a key indicator if a good organisation. I looked to explore options with bairstoweve as they had great reviews and safe to say they live up to those expectations. Thank you Mellisa and Kellie.
