26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)A dreadful company. Friends of mine lived in a mouse and rat infested property for 12 months and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Quick to take money off tenants and yet are nowhere to be seen when you need support from them. Slippery characters

The referencing was quick and easy, and Charlotte has kept me informed every step of the way. This is my 3rd time renting, and by far the quickest and easiest process I’ve experienced. 7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I would avoid at all costs when leasing a commercial property. They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.
