6th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Best Property Agency I have ever been with. I have stayed for rent in one of there property in the Wirral. They were very friendly and always helpful for all the queries and very quick responding.
1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.

8th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)

Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We don't leave many reviews but selling your home as everyone knows is stressful , throughout the whole process James was professional, calming and and at every stage reassured us of the sales progression . On a personal note James is a lovely guy and is passionate about your property and property in general , he has brilliant local knowledge and he does the viewings himself which is critical as he becomes very knowledgeable about your home and you are not getting multiple people doing the viewings who aren't totally invested. We highly recommend James as your estate agent it's an easy five stars from us Paul & Carol ?????

21st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)When I first met James when he came to value my property, I thought how professional he was. If I have a query there is always someone there on the end of the phone. Also, if I send an email, it is answered promptly. I would recommend King Homes .
