8th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)

26th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Having a listed thatched property to sell was no challenge for Trivett Hicks Estate agents Ross on Wye who found us a suitable buyer and continued to see the sale through smoothly . Attention to detail meant that we were happy and informed as was our Buyer. An experience that could have been stressful turned out to be more than satisfactory.
4th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)My partner conducted a 3hr/ 100mile round trip to be met with such unprofessionalism and dismissal. Becky Howl could not even give him the time of day to allow him to look at the property in more detail. She wasn't even going to open the doors to certain rooms, just stating "there's the utility room" as she marched past with haste in order to end the viewing as quickly as possible. If it wasn't for my partner stopping to take a look and ask questions, she would have had him out of the 5 bedroom, 3 reception room house in less than 5mins. It was apparent Becky favoured the previous potential tenants and therefore, wanted to put my partner off. Absolutely distressful behaviour from a so say professional.

25th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. The management did not deliver on anything they promised when they took on my property. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

10th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had booked a viewing in advance for a 2-bedroom terraced house on Portland Place West, Leamington Spa. When we arrived, the agent unlocked the property and let us in, but remained on his phone throughout the viewing. There was no introduction, no walkthrough of the property, and no attempt to answer questions or engage with us. We were effectively left to view the property on our own and left shortly afterwards without any meaningful interaction. Unfortunately, this came across as unprofessional, no respect for our time and did not provide the level of service we would expect when attending a scheduled property viewing.
