18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We have just completed on my mother's property in Rustington.<br>Hawke and Metcalfe - I should really say Geoff & Nick have been brilliant. The market is not that fantastic atm, Geoff and Nick guided us through the tough stages with great knowledge and advice. they are local, independent, good value and know exactly what they are doing.<br>I thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)????? I was recently travelling through Midhurst and, not knowing the area well, decided to stop by this estate agency. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge Meghan shared about the local area and the types of properties available. I’m planning to move to the area in a couple of years and will definitely be returning, hopefully Meghan will be able to help me find the perfect home. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful these days, and I didn’t get the same feeling from other agents I visited. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome! Sophie

8th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)The communication with the staff (Hayley) was first rate. Not only was she knowledgeable about selling my property but she was a mine of information on areas I was unfamiliar with. This sale was my mother’s home before she passed and I was clueless!

Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

From the initial meeting with Rennick who found two perfect buyers a few days after our initial meeting to the rest of the team including Nancy and Sam who were always super efficient, professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Shout out to Alex who was truly exceptional in smoothing things out during the gnarly conveyancing bits that all house sales experience and putting my mind at rest! Highly recommend this company.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.
