From the start when we met Sara Morgan, we were impressed with their straightforward, no nonsense approach to selling our house. The staff in the office were excellent in arranging viewings and letting us know how those viewings went. Once the property was sold we were served excellently by Louise Thompson-Dodd of the Progression Team with plenty of conversations and always available vie phone and email. Even when the first sale fell through we were able to re market straight and a new buyer found the next day to get us back on track. Right up to when contracts were exchanged Sims Williams were there to help with last minute hiccups. Cannot recommend Sims Williams highly enough, 5 stars is not enough!

15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.
16th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)We enjoyed our time both buying and selling with Hamptons Chichester. Bradley Harris and Max Paravicini were always professional in a relaxed manner, making our move stress free! I would have no hesitation recommending them.

28th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Walked in to discuss a bungalow they had for sale, whilst in workwear. Had one word answers whilst being looked up and down by a snotty guy. They need to not judge books by covers.

14th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.
3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).- 9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Fantastic estate agent management company to work with. Communication was exceptional; he always kept us updated, promptly returned our calls, and answered our questions. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Glyn-Jones made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond by keeping the chain moving smoothly. The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, and the whole team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jo Woodrow, who was absolutely brilliant. Jo went above and beyond at every stage, keeping me informed, answering any questions promptly, and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach were outstanding and truly made all the difference.<br><br>Thank you to Jo and everyone at Jackson Stops Chichester for providing such a first-class service. He’s always at the end of the phone if we needed information or help, such a polite and genuine person, can’t recommend him and the other staff enough for he’s helped us through out the process to our new home Thank you Harry- 10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I would highly recommend Amelia at King and Chasemore for Lettings. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. As well as being helpful & friendly and always replying promply to my emails, she would be the first person I would go to should I need her services in the future.
