15th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.
16th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)We enjoyed our time both buying and selling with Hamptons Chichester. Bradley Harris and Max Paravicini were always professional in a relaxed manner, making our move stress free! I would have no hesitation recommending them.

I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).- 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Julia in lettings was brilliant from beginning to end. Communication was exceptional; he always kept us updated, promptly returned our calls, and answered our questions. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Glyn-Jones made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond by keeping the chain moving smoothly. Despite there being challenges with Sage homes where it was a shared ownership sale, I found their team to be very helpful and professional. Isabella and Braden did an excellent job marketing the property and Keira Harrison was supportive and proactive throughout the sale. Her communication was excellent in helping the sale to complete smoothly.
