The post “sale” service was particularly good , which is where most agents (particularly the faceless internet based ones) fail in thinking the job is done,,, Bairstowes Mansfield Woodhouse kept being proactive and did not sit back just because a “sold” board had gone out and worked through to completion ??????

She went above and beyond, even visiting him at home to help get the paperwork signed and returned to the solicitor, as he was on his own without transport. 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.
3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

12th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)No interest in the house at the price advised. Lack of communication regarding certain products offered. Statistics and feedback had to be asked for every week.
20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
