10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)From our initial meeting and valuation with Lee, we were extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. We were absolutely delighted with the marketing of our property including highly professional photographs. The sales staff, especially Tiffany were so helpful and friendly. Viewings were organised quickly and efficiently and our property sold within 3 working days. Thank you Stonefield! An excellent estate agency and I can confidently highly recommend them.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor service, submitted a verbal offer with via phoning the estate agent for a property at Oswald Court on the basis nobody else had submitted a bid on the property at that time. Received a call over 3 hours later to say someone else has had submitted a bid which the client had accepted. At no point was I informed of someone else submitting a bid.<br><br>Was given no further options and basically left with "tough luck".<br><br>Sent a written email of complaint as instructed on the website over 10 days ago to raise my issues with no response as of yet so doesn't look like I'm getting one.<br><br>Wouldn't recommend to use, been dealing with estate agents for nearly 6 months as a first time buyer and this is the only estate agent which has made me feel unwelcome and unsupported.

She was always friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciated her support and would highly recommend her. ??????

No request no matter how small was too hard or difficult for them to deal with. They were prompt and efficient and ALWAYS returned our phone calls and addressed any questions or concerns we had quickly. They also supported us through the sale of our property in the same manner making the whole process smooth and stress free Thank you all you represent the Martin & co brand well x

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I decided to sell my property in Sannox view Ayr as I was downsizing, I decided to go with Belmont estate agents, thank god I did! They were so professional and caring from start to finish, especially Steph, she was absolutely amazing, selling a house is very stressful but Steph was with me all the way through the whole process and I just can't thank her enough. Richard and Barry were excellent, arranged viewings, brilliant photos and home report, I.m so glad I went with Belmont, and if anyone is deciding to sell their property then you won.t get anyone better. Thank you Steph, Richard & Barry.
