Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
29th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Unprofessional and unorganised. Visited the property for valuation were advised to not put on the market as the market was poor. Went for alternative estate agents and sold within 2 weeks. Enquired to view a property advertised on Rightmove after 3 days called me in an unprofessional manner to inform me the vendor isn’t sure about moving. Property was removed off Rightmove. 3 days later received an email about the same property to arrange a viewing. But it was off the market?!?
