We purchased through Kennedys, and at times when the sale seemed to stall, Nikki responded immediately, kept things moving efficiently, and consistently updated us, which really put our minds at ease. Adrian was fantastic during viewings—very helpful, approachable, and able to answer any questions we threw at him. Although we weren’t direct clients of Kennedys, I’m very glad our sellers chose them. They made what could have been a stressful process much easier, and we’re very grateful for their support.

Throughout it all, the team remained approachable, helpful and committed to getting things over the line.<br><br>What I particularly appreciated was the personal approach. Warren is refreshingly down-to-earth, straightforward to deal with and always happy to exchange a bit of humour, even when things were getting frustrating. The whole team were patient, responsive and helpful in navigating the inevitable complications along the way.<br><br>It's nice dealing with an independent local business where you feel you're speaking to actual people rather than just being another transaction.<br><br>We got there in the end!
