The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. They were very helpful and polite and even with the frustration of delays and COVID, they have remained brilliant. Thank you.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.
6th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Savills is the management company of the Elms Parade car park and Westway Place Church Way - Botley, both parking lots managed by Smart Parking, company which has been frequently not fulfilling Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA 2012) and still sending parking charge notice to customers of the Elms Parade shops. It's outrageous how a management company still allow such scam to happen in their managed premisses. Just look on Google and you can see how many people have been scammed by Smart Parking. It is disgusting.

18th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
