I would recommend Strutt & Parker, and Jo, very highly and so far the management service seems so much better than that of other local agencies. Thank you.

- 14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have been using Gascoignes very capable services for more than a dozen years now and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the hard work they do.
I have never had to use this company.
29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
