Martinis got lots of people over the threshold all taken personally around by Paul and we sold within two weeks. Would strongly recommend them.
11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Property sold in Auction. Within 6 weeks everything was completed. Good service and all very helpfull. Bloore King &Kavanagh were very efficient. I can recommend selling by Auction if you want a quick sale.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. 5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)I recently bought the house through them, the process was extremely slow, very poor communication, the person who supposed to handover the keys came late and property was in a very bad state as compared to when we viewed. The property company has a very limited knowledge of the missing/damaged items, even the most of the keys were missing. We were told to speak to our solicitor. Very bad experience.
