Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They kept sending messages about viewings and the feed back afterwards All great stuff but they sold a difficult property within three months.

From our first point of contact with George and the brilliant team, notably Sam and Margaret, we have enjoyed a friendly, open and honest approach from them and the level of support they have shown us when our buyer created some frustrating delays, cannot be faulted. We are moving back into the area and had used a larger nationwide branch of estate agents to handle the sale of our West Sussex property and must say we much preferred the superior customer experience from Molyneux. We will happily recommend them as a professional business with the one to one empathy of a proud family firm.
