She took us through the process step by step and was so considerate when we didn't quite understand. Every interaction with this lovely lady has been positive. The world of renting is a difficult one with lots of problems, Karina truly works hard to help and makes a difference. They maintain people's respect and dignity and understand that the problems are real. Lota Properties excel in their field. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to the team at Lota Properties.
7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.
19th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)From start to finish Graeme & Guy provided an excellent, efficient, honest and friendly service from the start through to completion to us moving out the other week. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
8th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)I have lived in the apartment for almost 4 years, and all in all, I would say it is a 4 out of 5 for them. I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.

19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)After five long months of stress, we finally moved out of our property on January 27th 2025.We had no help from Neil Wright whatsoever.We did all the negotiations with our buyer ourselves.Feedback on initial viewings was poor or none existent.Requests for telephone calls from them, were ignored, even after calling into the office.Neither our Solicitor or ourselves heard anything from them until two days before completion, which we had arranged ourselves.Extremely poor service and I am sorry to have to say, we would not recommend this estate agent.

Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable. This is the second time we have used this agent, and feel they are highly recommendable to anyone who is considering either buying or selling.

20th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.

From the very beginning, everyone took the time to explain the process clearly, answer any questions I had, and make me feel completely at ease. The entire team was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, yet always approachable and genuinely friendly. Selling a home can often be a stressful experience, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt well informed and supported at every stage. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their commitment to providing outstanding customer service really stood out. I am extremely pleased with the experience and would certainly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home. Their combination of professionalism, expertise, and personal service made all the difference, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Very poor communication, and I regret paying for their service.<br><br>After taking my payment, I sent numerous emails simply asking whether it had been received, yet received no response. That level of communication is disappointing.<br><br>Following the survey report, I was particularly concerned about Japanese knotweed and bamboo. The report stated that there was “no evidence of such plants within the grounds of the property.” For peace of mind, I emailed several times asking them to confirm this, but again, I received no reply.<br><br>Then on completion day, I discovered bamboo shoots growing in my garden.<br><br>Whether they were missed during the inspection or not, the complete lack of communication after I raised my concerns was unacceptable.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to look elsewhere.
16th May 2025 (1 year ago)I just wanted to say if you are looking to sell your house, definitely look to use Rockello real estate! I had another agent say to me “ ooh but they’re very new!!” YES they are but that makes them keen, on the ball and hard working!!! Harry and Niall are great guys, down to earth, straight talking and honest! There’s none of the scripted crap that you can get from others and they make you feel like you are their only customer! Also the best thing is they are much cheaper than the other agents around us!! My house had only been on the market with them 8 days when they showed my buyer around! It has all happened so quickly and if you go on their pages you will see how many properties they are selling quickly! So do yourself a favour and give Harry or Niall a call, guys you are doing an exceptional job. Thank you so much ?? Rachel Baker ????
