Particular thanks to Ellie-May and Eleanor who worked really hard to help us and arranged for us to visit several times. Also thanks to Jonathan for helping us to get answers from our solicitor who was very elusive. Can’t thank them enough. Lovely friendly firm who make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Word of warning Do not use Taylor Rose Solicitors which is who Andrew’s recommend as they are useless and cause unnecessary stress also the solicitor refuses to speak to the clients. Will be lodging a complaint about them but would thoroughly recommend Andrews both Bishops Cleeve branch who we purchased our property through and Cheltenham who sold our property. I have had a fantastic experience with Andrews who helped me with the sale of my home. I had dealt with a number of their colleagues (Ellie, Ella-May) through the sale process and they were very professional and understanding of our circumstances with the chain involved in the sale and always kept me informed.<br>In particular I want to commend and thank Joshua Watkin for his professionalism and support in the last week of the exchange process with the potential of the chain collapsing due to events outside our control. Joshua was the only person manning the office in those crucial days but he dealt with all of his workload and supported us by communicating with the rest of the chain so that the dependencies were resolved and the exchange could go ahead. Huge thanks to K at Andrews Bishops Cleeve for his excellent service when, on 2nd December, we advised him that our boiler had broken down. He brilliantly managed to get a plumber to us the same day as well as arranging for two electric heaters to be delivered. Boiler parts were then ordered and the plumber returned a few days later and got it back up and running. An impressive level of service at a time when plumbers were in extreme demand due to the very cold snap. Thank you!

When we moved into the house, the house was not left in a great way. The grass was so over grown a lawn mower wouldn’t go through it, cat hair everywhere (and I’m allergic to cat hair!) shower wouldn’t work and then leaked all over the bathroom floor. Mould in many rooms, dirt all up the walls, cupboard doors had fallen off, oven was full of grease and food. Dents in doors and just a bit gross. Tape all over the doors and ceilings. Myself and 3 others including a professional cleaner and builder spent 2 days getting the house up to scratch.<br><br>Handing my notice in was also a bit of a pain, no one would accept it for months!<br><br>The end of the tenancy was fab. It was slightly annoying to loose some of the deposit due to cleaning fees considering the house was no where near as clean when we moved in as to how we left it! Jodie who works at Andrews was absolutely fantastic to work with and made the experience so brilliant to end with.

I was registered with Andrews Estate Agent (Bishops Cleeve) with respect to finding suitable rental property in the area. I have been registered with them for over a year now and in that time no properties were brought forward for consideration.<br><br>The only time I had dealt with the Bishops Cleeve branch was in relation to a property that I had found and gotten in touch with them about to arrange a viewing. Unfortunatly, it was not suitable on the basis that I was looking for a property at least a month down the line (to account for moving cost), which I was told that they would need someone who could commit within a week.<br><br>Don't get me wrong, the customer relation skills of all who work there is very good. What a shame that the security deposits and rent prices are astronomically high for the area, not to mention general service and aftercare for lettings (or even acquiring a letting) is greatly lacking!

The service from Andrews was superb for our sale and purchase.<br><br>The customer care, professionalism and attention to detail were excellent, from the initial valuation, through to arranging of viewings and the weekly progress updates once we had agreed our sale and purchase.<br><br>We were particularly impressed by the way they rapidly arranged new viewings when our first buyer pulled out (through no fault of Andrews), and we also liked the Sunday viewings option when we were looking at properties.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Andrews, Bishops Cleeve to others.
