I changed my selling agent as the previous one was over optimistic. I owned a property which was unmortgagable because of spray foam roof insulation and a solar lease running until 2036. Andrews advised letting them find a cash buyer. They did, but only one. They were able to get a satisfactory price with the exceptional help of Abby Thomas at a crucial time when it seemed that the one buyer might withdraw or seek a substantial price reduction. Thanks to Abby I was able to agree a price acceptable to me and my co-owner.

I changed from another local agent who seemed over optimistic to achieve a sale for my house which was unmortgagable because of spray foam insulation in the roof and a solar panels lease until 2036 which made removal of the spray foam expensive. Andrews advised me to allow them find a cash buyer which they did, but only one! Eventually a sale was achieved at a satisfactory price with the outstanding help of Abby Thomas.

Amazing sales pitch, had a very experienced estate agent to value the property. They managed to get plenty of viewings but the inexperience of the branch/sales progression team really came to light once an offer was accepted. Made what was already stressful much worse.
Would recommend but if you have a tricky sale, make sure they put someone experienced on your sale.

Not very impressed, poor quality photographs, poor property description & constantly needed chasing. I was expecting a much better service from a well established agent competing with the online agents & would not recommend them.

Initial contact was encouraging. The visit to the property was lengthy, with time spent in detailed inspection of condition and features. Subsequent visit for photographs etc was also conducted at length.
Discussion about the current market and selling price was sensible and realistic.
Property details were quickly prepared and placed on the market.
