Having dealt with another local agent who was possibly the worst ever to deal with, Megan felt like a gift from above! We had been looking for over a year when the most perfect house came to market. Megan arranged for us to see it the SAME DAY after work. She was full of energy, didn't make us feel rushed. Answered all she could. She had a notebook with handwritten information about the property in it - she clearly takes her job seriously. When you've dealt with 10 estate agents who treat you like cattle, someone like Megan really stands out. Offer was put in and she kept us updated throughout. She replied to all emails promptly. We are looking for properties after selling ours when we met Andrew of North Cheam Branch, when he showed us the property which we eventually put an offer on. Of course the property itself will be the main selling factor. However, Andrew from the first time was very warm and welcoming.<br>We never felt that he rushed us view the property despite short intervals between the viewings. He had notes and is ready to address questions about the property.<br>Overall, we just felt kindness, warmth and patience, which is what is lacking on the property World when agents are just showing properties and rushing to go on about it. Akuwa Arhu???? is a sales consultant who showed me all the properties through Andrews. Given my experience with big Agents out there, i was really impressed with Andrews, Akuwa in paticular. Akuwa presented the properties professionally and really understood all properties I viewed with her. Unfortunately, I did not find any through Andrews, but it was really refreshing not to have sales pushed down on me. It was clear Akuwa took time to show me properties that met what I was looking for.as opposed to showing me properties to satisfy vendors that they have potential sales.<br><br>As a potential buyer and having seen several properties, Akuwa was so patient and truly unferstood my needs and clearly undrstood details of the vendors properties. if I were selling a property I would want a company or.peson with this approach. I wouldn't want forceful.sales and.people feeling uncomfortable, which seems.to be the norm at present.<br><br>Looking for a property to make a home can be stressful and having a professional sales consultant managing this professionally helps so much in making it easier and manageable.

Yes, I appreciate these aren’t the normal words used to describe estate agents but in truth, Andrews North Cheam are more than just estate agents. Choosing Andrews when we decided to sell our house was the best decision we made. They know the market extremely well and we had lots of viewings really quickly with numerous offers. They knew what we were looking for in our next home (we were fussy) and found one that ticked every single box. Due to Covid we had a few issues along the way but nothing was ever too much trouble for David and Matt. Will 100% recommend Andrews North Cheam to anyone in the future. We are so, so happy in our forever home and can’t thank them enough.

But the whole team where with me all the time.<br>From valuation to exchange they chased everything for me. Always there to help, even late in the evening.<br>The team are very professional and know how to handle people. Just a very big Thankyou to Tracy, we talked everyday. As a whole Andrews work amazingly well together. While Julia was the one originally handling the purchase of our house, whenever I called and she was not around I was still able to get helpful communication from another Andrews member. I was very impressed with that. I felt that I was well looked after as whoever answered the phone either knew the updates or knew someone who could help. They all work as one and that gave me such confidence in the advice or information they offered. Mat even sent me a glossary for first time buyers with terms I will be hearing throughout the process and what they mean.<br><br>I think we saw about 5 houses with Julia before we found the perfect home we now own :) each time she met us with the same enthusiasm and patience never making us feel slighted or inexperienced first time buyers. These guys really go above and beyond all others.

We had dealt with numerous estate agents in our 12 years time in the area of Sutton, Morden, Cheam, however the best estate agents we have ever dealt with is Andrews North Cheam branch. From the very beginning they were extremely professional, friendly and honest people. The first time we felt we were actually not a "number" for estate agents. The first time we felt that they actually understood our situation and they really tried to do something about it. It is a whole different service.<br>They were very accommodating to setup viewings even on short notice. Finally they helped to close the deal on our top choice property we were dreaming of. We are buying and selling and we are always able to call them and get information or support when we need it. Tracy keeps chasing the solicitors in the chain for us and always lets us know about the progress. They just love what they do, indeed. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Actually... the only one we would recommend!<br>Tracy, Julia, Matthew are all brilliant!

Julia at Andrews North Cheam managed to find a buyer for my mum's house almost as soon as it came on the market and worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible at very close to the asking price. Helpful, proactive staff who know the local market very well. The whole team did their best to push things along and Matt helped to keep me sane! Good communication throughout. Thank you!

Would not recommend Andrews at all. Very pushy to the point of hassling.
Got the impression wanted me to accept the low offer of a developer to the extent of saying that the finances of a couple who also put in a similar bid were dubious. Only when I made it clear that I would not accept an offer below £420000 did Andrews suddenly decide that the couple’s finances were ok and the developer stopped bidding.
Have accepted an offer from the couple on the understanding that I can’t do anything more until I find a house in Penarth for me to move into. Asked Andrews to explain this to the potential buyers.
Andrews are now hassling me to give them the details of my solicitor so that the couple’s solicitors can contact my solicitors.
They said that they have given me enough time and that I must now give them my solicitor’s details - according to some legal convention, even though contracts have not been exchanged.
I felt that I was being bullied yet again and said I wasn’t prepared to give them my solicitor’s details until I had found a house for me to move into. I have not heard from Andrews since.
A number of other instances, including suggesting that they contact my daughter to discuss my decisions (sexist/ ageist?) have also lead me to feel very vulnerable dealing with Andrews estate agents.
All in all, I would not recommend Andrews, especially if you are a pensioner living on your own.

When we first looked at selling our home we looked to Andrews as they were the estate agents we brought with and who were amazing back in 2005 and they didn't fail to deliver when it came to buying our new house. They were kind and very helpful every step of the way.<br>I would like to say that I would and have recommended Andrews North Cheam to friends who were looking at moving.

Excellent from start to finish very accurate with the valuation was not the highest but honest and realistic. Great photos and details and delivered on promises . Sold in 5 days and we moved out with 8 weeks .
If you want an honest no frills approach and best advice then Andrews are for you . Have reccommended to family and friends.
