False advertising that my property has sold. Terminated contract due to total inactivity by the agent. Never experienced such poor customer service. Unable to get hold of the agents for days in a row- felt like there was no proactive engagement to prospective buyers on the market and I had to do all of the pushing. Was doing my own job and theirs. Eventually complained and was fobbed off with weak excuses that ignored all of the points I’d raised. Made a stressful time worse than it needed to be.... Read more

Overall great service and experience. However, it would have been more helpful to have more marketing (sponsored listing, emails campaigns etc) especially in the first few weeks of the property being listed. In terms of viewings, we had some people who weren't properly informed of the property specs and seemed to be surprised at some aspects of the property. Apart from these areas of improvement, I would recommend Andrews to friends and family. They were much more proactive than some other estate agents we have dealt with. ... Read more
