The reason I’m sharing this now, many years later is that it has mentally affected me. I struggle now to rent, deal with property issues and not to mention the losses I incurred back then.<br><br>I let my property through Andrew’s and it became a cannabis factory. However, it was a year later or so that the police called me to inform me that the Andrew’s employee was involved in this and was being tried for fraud along with other counts. He was sourcing properties and forging references with his girlfriend and as a result there were 8 cannabis factories and a few brothels that were later discovered. I had to go to court and the whole experience was traumatic. I was in constant fear that there would be repercussions on me. He was found guilty. But the emotional trauma not to mention the financial losses I incurred were significant.

While our entire experience with Andrews Morden has been seamless - miles better than the competitors we’ve had to work with in the past - I want to highlight just how excellent Rebecca Newbrook has been at every turn. She’s an absolute pro: prepared, knowledgeable, proactive, and quick to reply whenever we have a question or an issue that requires attention. Property management issues can get complex and tricky to handle, but she’s handled every interaction with total competence and a friendly rapport. We have been carrying out maintenance repairs for Andrews lettings and other letting agents for approximately 4 years now. The set up at Andrews is by far the most professional, it’s run smoothly and efficiently, communication between all parties is great which in turn makes our job a whole lot easier. I've spoken to them over the phone, I've replied to their emails multiple times, they just won't stop sending me more properties despite the fact I've stated on numerous occasions I'm not looking?!! It's insane!

Secondly, when introducing the flat, Sameer was transparent in the sense that he showed us and told us exactly what the apartment was and actually, most of the time, he just allowed us to see it for what it was and make our own conclusions. Glad to see some positive reviews because my experience over the past few weeks has been horrendous. Cannot believe that there are companies that completely ignore their customers. I've emailed Laila countless times for a simple request of returning my deposit, had an initial response and then radio silence. Called the office on a few occasions and always get the voicemail.<br><br>Perhaps Andrews work on much longer ETAs than I am used to but at least state what those are. Tried the instant chat on the website today to try and get a message across to the team as a last resort. PS: I am still waiting.......<br><br>Unfortunately, I have to give a minimum of 1 star.<br><br>Edit: Re - adjusted to 5 stars as the response has been quick and efficient since my last chaser and this review. It may have been a bit harsh giving a 1 star based on one person at the organisation.

Please avoid! They do not respect the law that applies to both parties. They even blame you for saying it's your fault that Landlord doesn't fix the repairs. Restrictive contracts for tenants (I have a break clause for 12 months and a contract for 12 months, so I have no flexibility). As a tenant, they do not respect your rights. Not to mention mistakes, mess, non-compliance with the law, but it's all the tenant's fault. They think they are untouchable. Their violations of fair rental should be publicized and they should be held legally responsible.

Appalling service via the lettings team. Due to their incompetence or just lack of replying to emails or calls one of our 4 residential premises will be vacant. The lettings team is unavailable for landlords.<br>Despite apologies months ago from senior management for poor and unacceptable service in 2022 the situation at Morden Andrews lettings dept is non existent as of today August 2023. They appear to not care about their business or their long term clients.

The worst estate agent I have ever experienced. From start to end the experience was poor. Avoid at all costs. Over a week from signing the contract and still they hadn’t launched the property. In the end I had to threaten to cancel the contract and then at the 11th hour they finally launched the property. Every time I telephoned the branch the phone would ring and ring and eventually I would get the answer phone. If I as the seller can’t contact them then I can only imagine that perspective purchasers can’t contact them either. When randomly making a surprise visit to the branch the branch was closed in the middle of the day, right in the middle of the opening hours. Apparently, everyone was out on appointments. This now explains why nobody is available to answer the phone. I spotted my property in the window even though we had reduced the price 3 weeks before it was still marketed at. £20k above the new marketing price. A sure way to put off perspective buyers. Following viewings, I would wait days for proactive feedback but none would be provided. Eventually after spending hours trying to call them eventually I would get through to a junior who would provide feedback that was not helpful and pointless. If this is the service a seller gets I dread to think how they deal with perspective purchasers. Avoid… Avoid Avoid.
