Please avoid! They do not respect the law that applies to both parties. They even blame you for saying it's your fault that Landlord doesn't fix the repairs. Restrictive contracts for tenants (I have a break clause for 12 months and a contract for 12 months, so I have no flexibility). As a tenant, they do not respect your rights. Not to mention mistakes, mess, non-compliance with the law, but it's all the tenant's fault. They think they are untouchable. Their violations of fair rental should be publicized and they should be held legally responsible.... Read more

The worst estate agent I have ever experienced. From start to end the experience was poor. Avoid at all costs. Over a week from signing the contract and still they hadn’t launched the property. In the end I had to threaten to cancel the contract and then at the 11th hour they finally launched the property. Every time I telephoned the branch the phone would ring and ring and eventually I would get the answer phone. If I as the seller can’t contact them then I can only imagine that perspective purchasers can’t contact them either. When randomly making a surprise visit to the branch the branch was closed in the middle of the day, right in the middle of the opening hours. Apparently, everyone was out on appointments. This now explains why nobody is available to answer the phone. I spotted my property in the window even though we had reduced the price 3 weeks before it was still marketed at. £20k above the new marketing price. A sure way to put off perspective buyers. Following viewings, I would wait days for proactive feedback but none would be provided. Eventually after spending hours trying to call them eventually I would get through to a junior who would provide feedback that was not helpful and pointless. If this is the service a seller gets I dread to think how they deal with perspective purchasers. Avoid… Avoid Avoid.... Read more
