Ali is the shining star at bairstow. He phoned, chased and helped however he could throughout the whole process.
Can't fault Bairstow at all, only issue we had was with the conveyancers they recommended, but issues were escalated through their internal contacts at least.

We went with them but at a higher listed price.
We achieved £10k more than their highest price - but they were good and managed the after sale stuff really well and kept our buyer informed all along the way - from accepting offer to completion was 14 weeks with 4 in the chain…

We sold our house so easily with Bairstow eves in Clifton.
Steve came round to give us his advice and a valuation.
We had numerous viewings within 24 hrs of going with Bairstow eves and after a brief haggle between potential buyers we had sold our property.
I do however suggest you find your own Solicitors as the Solicitor suggested to us from Countrywides panel were useless.
Emma from Clifton Bairstow eves did however manage to speed this process back to normal and we can not thank her enough for her 200 percent dedication to the job.....well done Emma.
All in all would we use Bairstow eves again. Most definitely, but as I say find your own Solicitor, they do have an excellent mortgage advisor from Countrywide at hand if you need one and he also works from the same office which makes life alot easier.

This was an excellent recommendation as he supported and guided me through the whole process. At the start of the process, I felt very overwhelmed and clueless about buying a house. Although there was not much that could be done during this process, Alex made regular contact with us to check in or provide us with any updates.

This didn't just cover the standard house purchase either, From mortgages to life assurance and buildings insurance etc... he got me the best deals available on the market at the time and explained in detail each step along the way.
Any questions I had (And there was quite a few) he went through them in such a way that a complete novice to the process could understand and explained each part along the way.

Firstly I must say I don't normally write a review on anything, however, I felt I needed to write this review to highly recommend Steve Singleton and Alex at this branch. The service they have provided so far has been second to non. Steve (The branch Manager) came to value one of our rental properties from our personal portfolio and from taking the instruction had viewings booked in for that very same day. We were always informed on viewings via text message, as to what day and time any prospective purchaser was viewing. All feed back given to us, prompt contact when negotiating the offer currently received.
Having not sold a house in a very, very long time, we have only ever purchased, Alex & Steve have looked after us and made the current sale process run very smoothly. We have not completed the sale as yet but are very close to this and would say that if you want a prompt, smooth service, you must use Bairstow Eves @ Clifton.
Other local selling agents can give you an un-realistic selling price that they think you want to hear, and the property remain on the open market for sale for weeks/months, however with Steve its all about what they can honestly achieve with the valuation/selling price given, and in our case was absolutely spot on.
Its a no brainer for us, we would definitely be using Bairstow Eves in Clifton when selling again.

Bairstow Eves made the sale of my property as pain free as possible. Even when other properties I have looked at have fallen through they have remained in positive contact with my buyer and managed their expectations.
Whilst I have not been able to find a property to buy with Bairstow they continuously seeked to find one for me always giving updates on any that came to market or may be of interest. As soon as I then found a property marketed by another agent they again managed my buyer and ensured he was kept updated and there were minimal issues.
